Governor Schwarzenegger met with housing leaders http://abclocal.go.com/kgo/story?section=politics&id=5776826 Makes temporary deals with four lenders to stop adjustable rate mortgages from increasing. Problem is that there are still penalties and moneys owed that lenders are not going to forgive with out help. And what about violations are we to forgive the lenders of this?
