Currently the consumers only have the choice from President Bushes deal "Hope Now" taking calls that can only offer them forbearance and normal rules of a debt collector. Forbearance is not a good option for the consumer only for the lenders; for example when a consumer agrees to a forbearance from their lenders they get put on a pay back plan. The sad part they are still having to pay the higher amounts because the ARM's came due or coming due on time. Alliance can give them another option besides loosing their homes and or forbearance that is offered by the lenders.  Alliance Credit Counseling program will give them options that is best fit for each caller that calls in. and QC these files along with Dr. Gary Lacefield finding HUD violations determine if they were a victim of Predatory Lending Once the file has been determined that they have violations within the file then the negotiating process starts. The changes we request from Lender is a new a note
established, original rate, 5 year ARM at the rate agreed upon to get back
on track (mainly time for the industry to get back on track and so they can
possibly get refinanced into a FIXED Rate) and a letter from the Lender stating the borrower was never late. That will help
later to fax the letter from the lender into the CreditXP
system to dispute and clean up the borrowers credit. This will get them in
the right path to start establishing their credit. Total cost for these
services of MyRecast is $300. If the
Lender is not cooperating with MyRecast
Team and not getting us the files requested, we will advise to bring on the

have granted MyRecast Team our request
