We review all loan documents and perform a thorough investigation for miscalculations and to determine if the loan terms are accurate, truthful, and met the requirements of HUD. Our #1 goal is to determine whether there were violations of preditory lending practices.
MyRecast is a web-based system allowing consumers, non-profit attorneys and auditors to request and monitor the status of a consumers loan file during the auditing process. The Myrecast System allows the parties to better communicate during the mortgage file auditing process.
